“We recently purchased a new home in the Covina area, and BIG thanks to Tracy for helping us with the loan that enable us to close escrow on our home!My family has been looking to buy a home for several months. We wanted to find a place that is not too expensive and are not too far from our work. After a few months of searching, we finally found a house in Covina that is perfect for us. We submitted our offer and after several back and forth counters, the seller accepted our offer and we went into escrow.
